Service Description

This fire awareness course is designed to provide employees with the neccessary basic understanding of fire, fire procedures and prevention, providing the skills and confidence that will allow them to carry out their duties relating to fire safety and emergency procedures. On completion of the course, candidates will be able to identify and understand: - Causes of fire - The dangers of fire - The nature of fire and how it spreads - Simple fire prevention measures - What to do in the event of a fire alarm sounding - Distinguish between different types of fire extinguishers - Tackle small fires safely and effectively - Understand the triangle of fire
