Service Description

This course can be funded by European social fund (ESF) as part of the Building Futures Project, Cornwall. The Level 1 Award in Pre Tenancy Skills aims to support the development of a range of skills and knowledge which will prepare learners to obtain and retain a tenancy. The qualification has been designed for those who want to learn more about their rights and responsibilities as tenants and who want to develop the self confidence and practical skills to tackle the challenges involved in finding and maintaining a new home/ tenancy.
